Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 June 2026

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and superhumanlab (“we”, “us”), the operator of the superhumanlab website and app (the “Services”). They govern your use of the Services.By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who can use superhumanlab

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 (or the age of digital consent in your country, where higher), you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is treated as the account holder. You confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Not medical advice — important

superhumanlab is an educational and informational wellness tool for tracking your own biomarker data. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the Services — reference ranges, status colours, charts, biological-age estimates, or any AI-generated content — is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for professional care. Reference ranges are general guidelines and vary between laboratories and individuals.

Use of the Services does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your results and before making any health, diet, supplement, medication or exercise decision, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you saw here.

The Services are not for emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

3. AI-generated content

Some features use artificial intelligence to summarise and explain your data. AI is not a human and is not a replacement for professional advice. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, and we do not guarantee that it is helpful or correct. Treat it as general educational information only, and verify anything important with a professional.

4. Your account and your data

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter — the Services can only be as accurate as the information you give them. You may export a copy of your data and permanently delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Services or break these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Services: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems, no uploading of other people’s data without their permission, and no using the Services to provide medical services to others.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content is accurate, complete or reliable. Nothing in this section affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services or from any decision made based on information shown here; and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or £100.

8. Assumption of risk & no reliance

Decisions about your health, diet and exercise carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume those risks, and you agree not to rely on the Services as the basis for any such decision without professional advice.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold us and our officers, employees and partners harmless from any claims or demands arising out of the data you submit, your use or misuse of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Disputes

If you are in the United States: you and superhumanlab agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action (you may still bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court). This section does not apply to users in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area.

If you are in the UK or EEA: nothing here removes your statutory rights or your right to bring proceedings in your local courts. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protections of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you or ask you to re-accept. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
