Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account and all data we hold about you (profile, biomarker readings, snapshot notes, sessions and your sign-in identity) at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

How to delete your data

1. Sign in at superhumanlab.ai (with the same Google, Microsoft or Facebook account you used to register).
2. Open Settings from the top navigation.
3. Under Account & data, click Delete account and confirm.

Prefer us to do it for you, or can't sign in? Email [email protected] from your registered address and we'll erase your data and confirm.

Want a copy first? Settings → Account & data → Download my data exports everything as JSON before you delete.
